This film reveals how the moor landscape of Rochdale has become an important part of the lives of many of those who visit it. Drawing on themes of memory, migration and movement, it challenges stereotypes that frame the rural as a ‘’white space” and avoids understanding the landscape solely in terms of physical recreation.
