The University has several buildings located around Leeds Millenium Square in central Leeds, including the home of the CTCC, the Old School Board, the Northern Film School at the Electric Press.

Also on Millenium Square is the newly opened Leeds City Museum, which houses a small Anthropology collection.

Millenium Square is very central, less than ten minutes walk from the railway station, on the edge of Leeds's famous shopping area, and in easy reach of very many cafés and bars. Leeds city library and art gallery is right next door, neighbouring the Henry Moore Institute, which has both permanent collections and a rolling programme of exhibitions.Leeds Met's own gallery and studio theatre is also just next door, and offers a high quality programme of exhibitions and events.

Leeds is also home to the Hyde Park Picture House, just outside the city centre, Leeds's own art house cinema. The Hyde Park Picture House is hosting a pre-festival series of films in association with the festival.

For maps of the city centre, a google map of the Rose Bowl is a good place to start.
